3. Payments and Refunds

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Monthly subscription services are billed in advance
• Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we have not begun work, a full refund will be issued. Once work has started, refunds are prorated based on work completed

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables (website code, design assets, content) created specifically for your project. We retain the right to:

• Use general techniques, tools, and frameworks developed during the project
• Showcase the project in our portfolio (unless you opt out in writing)
• Retain ownership of proprietary tools, AI models, and internal systems used to deliver services

5. AI-Powered Services

Some of our services utilize artificial intelligence, including automated email responses and AI assistants. By using these services, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is reviewed for quality but may occasionally contain errors
• AI assistants operate within predefined parameters and are not a substitute for professional advice
• We continuously improve our AI systems but do not guarantee specific outcomes
